Building on the successes of previous years at the Africa Diaspora Network Japan (ADJN), 2025 promises to be another eventful one with an impressive lineup of activities.

The ADNJ team is made up of cultural and social experts who in collaboration with their Japanese association work toward building strong ties between Africa and Japan to promote mutual business partnerships and cultural awareness.

Events like the Osaka Africa Business Forum, Africa Expo and TICAD9 Ministerial Meeting have seen massive participation from major stakeholders.

This year, African cuisine will be well represented at the Expo Osaka 2025 in Japan, happening from April 13 to October 13. “PANAF”, by ADNJ has a mission of celebrating Africa’s rich cultures and diverse cuisines by providing a global platform for its creators and artisans.

The venue of the six month exhibition would be the Yumeshima Island, Osaka, Japan at the expo site which is set to welcome over 26,000,000 visitors, 80 per cent from Asian countries.

Through the PANAF initiative, meaningful connections will be fostered between African and Japanese people and leaders, paving the way for cultural exchange and collaboration.

Sponsors are invited to be onboard for this unique moment to highlight Africa’s diverse heritage, by creating meaningful connections with a global audience through shared cultural experiences.
