An evening to celebrate the resilience and achievements of African diaspora women in the agro food sector
Join The Food Bridge vzw, Soliris.be, Sankaa, and other partners for an event celebrating the strength and impact of African diaspora women in the agro food sector.
It promises to be a night of rediscovering Africa’s forgotten foods and the vital role of women in preserving and promoting African cuisine, while experiencing the innovation and determination behind their work.
The event, to be held under the theme – “Empowered & Resilient: African Diaspora Women in the Agrofood Sector”, will take place on March 26, 2025 from 16:30 – 19:00 CET, at Handelskaai, Quai du Commerce 9, 1000 Bruxelles – Belgium.
The evening will offer a unique opportunity to hear inspiring stories, reflections from African diaspora women in the agro food sector, as well as engage in meaningful discussions on empowerment and resilience.
Patrons can also expect to enjoy a taste of African cuisine and delicious drinks while networking and exploring potential collaborations with like-minded people.
