During the month of March 2024, specialist media platform, Diaspora Digital News will run the second edition of its acclaimed initiative ‘Celebrating Diaspora Women.’
Dubbed ‘Celebrating Diaspora Women 2.0’, it will adopt the general campaign theme for this year’s International Women’s Day: “Inspire Inclusion”, in addition to the United Nations’ theme which is: “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.”
In the first edition, 42 women from all parts of the world were celebrated for their good works; as they shared thought provoking and inspirational quotes about their experiences and opinions on a range of developmental issues.
March has been declared as “Diaspora Women’s Month” on Diaspora Digital News.
