For four years running, the Ghana Property and Lifestyle Expo 2020 has been a global platform for connecting leading Real Estate developers, industry stakeholders and lifestyle agencies.
The previous editions have typically been held over two-days; however, this year will take on a different format and would be a one-day virtual event due to the global pandemic. It would be held on the 14th of November 2020 from 10AM to 5PM GMT.
Registration is still ongoing for free for the online event which is expected to see several stakeholders networking; and presents a golden opportunity for real estate developers and agencies from Ghana to sell their properties to Ghanaians living in the UK and foreign investors as well.
In line with one of the 7 pillars of Beyond the Return, the theme of this year’s event is simply ‘Invest in Ghana’.
According to the Ghana Property and Lifestyle Expo 2020 website, “the key purpose of GPLE is to bridge the gap with the Ghanaian diaspora and international investors seeking to invest, purchase their dream or second home in Ghana. The GPLE will provide quality virtual experience where you will be able to, watch live presentations, interact in Q&A sessions and meet exhibitors in their virtual booths. Highlights of the expo include keynote and industry speakers, providing indispensable information covering topics on residential real estate options, legal technicalities, finance, banking, and estate planning to ensure you safely invest in Ghana. The GPLE program addresses what is moving the industry. Several panelists and industry experts invite you to dialog along the complete supply chain in terms of Financing, Investment, Urban development, Special asset classes, Innovation, and Digitalization.”
The professional virtual event is hosted by On Point Property Management Limited, a one-stop solution for Property Investment in UK & Ghana.
